We hope the following suggestions will make your grooming appointment a positive and happy experience for both you and your pet.

Please...all dogs must be on a leash and all cats must be in a carrier! Manor Blvd. and our parking lot are very busy...we do not want to see your pet get hit by a vehicle or run away.

To protect our groomers, we will not groom vicious pets and we do not administer any tranquilizers or medications

Please...call before you come to pick up your pet. Should you arrive and see your pet is being worked on , Please do not let them see you or talk to them. They will be very excited to see you and we are working with sharp instruments that could easily cause injury to your pet or the groomer! This is the reason we can not let you watch while we groom your pet. However, you are welcome to watch us any other time.

People ask why their pet is at the shop so long. Our shop tries to accomodate many different types of personalities, both human and four-legged. Some people have lots to do and could care less if their pet is here all day. Then, there are some people who are so worried about their pets they don't want to leave them for too long. Please let us know when you expect your pet to be done, so we don't have any problems. We will do our best to keep you and your pet happy!!
